Join us as we journey through the Old Testament book of Second Samuel. It will take us through both triumph and tragedy — not merely as history, but as a mirror to the human heart. Again and again we’ll see the danger of grasping power, the corrosive spread of hidden sin, the ache of broken relationships, and the mercy of God toward undeserving people. But above all, the book should deepen our confidence that the Lord himself is our rock and increase our longing for God’s true King: Jesus Christ.
