Why Give?
Trinity Church Victor Harbor is committed to seeing lives transformed by the good news of Jesus across the south coast and beyond. Our ongoing ministry to see Jesus proclaimed and people brought to faith and built up in him, relies on the generous financial giving of our members.
The ultimate reason Christians generously give away their resources to support gospel ministry is because that is what Jesus did for us. Paul, one of the first Christian leaders after Jesus, wrote powerfully about this – ‘For you know the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, that though he was rich, yet for your sake he became poor, so that you through his poverty might become rich’ (2 Corinthians 8:9).
