The ‘Servant Songs’ from the Old Testament book of Isaiah are at the hear to the Old Testament hope, as God’s prophet Isaiah reflect on the failure of God’s people, and the coming ‘Servant of the Lord’ who would bring forgiveness, restoration, justice and healing through his own sin-bearing death.
