If something sounds too good to be true…
1. Jesus’ resurrection gives his disciples an extraordinary peace to be sent into the world. (20:19-23)
2. Jesus’ resurrection gives Thomas an extraordinary peace to worship Jesus as he deserves. (20:24-29)
3. Jesus’ resurrection gives us an extraordinary peace to believe that he is God’s chosen King and to eternally live as subjects of his Kingdom. (20:30-31)
An extraordinary peace that’s so good because it’s true.
